Venetian Blinds are a modern, cost effective blind. You have the choice of which slat size you would prefer for your home, being a small or larger slat. You also have the choice in the Timber and PVC range, of having visible punched holes, or hole less Venetians. This offers you with a higher degree of room darkening and a unique blind.With our Venetian Blinds, the mechanisms raise and lower the blind, and also tilt the slats, to give you the light block for your home, and also a modern feel.

The Venetians also come standard with a pelmet and a bottom rail, in a matching colour of the Blind. They also come standard with matching control cords and you can choose the length of your cord if desired. PVC Venetians are mostly used in Wet Areas of homes, but are suitable for all living areas.

Q: What sizes do Venetian blinds come in?
A: Our PVC and Timber Venetians come in 50mm and 63mm blades. The Aluminium Venetian blinds come in 16mm, 25mm or 50mm blades.
Q: What is ‘PVC’?
A: PVC is a heavy duty ‘Timber Like’ synthetic product.
Q: Do Venetian blinds block out the sun?
A: Venetian blinds will block out approximately 50% of the sun, more when the sun is not directly shining on the window. Venetians are not a full block out blind.
Q: What is the maximum width a Venetian blind can be?
A: The maximum width a PVC or Timber Venetian blind can be is 2400mm. Aluminium Venetians can be wider.
Q: Can I get Venetian blinds on my doors?
A: We don’t recommend putting Venetian blinds on your doors or any large windows due to the weight of the blind.
Q: Can my Venetian blinds be installed as an inside fit?
A: Yes. However, there will need to be at least 50 – 60mm recess space so the blades don’t get stuck, especially if there are window locks or winders.
